Happy Birthday President Reagan

In honor of Reagan's Birthday, Washington D.C. has been closed, and decorated with trillions of tiny snowflakes, one for each one of the dollars the existing administration plans on spending.

Residents have been urged to celebrate by going out and conducting commerce, resulting in many neighborhood stores sporting empty shelves.
